Every draw publishes its seed commitment, the revealed seed, the blockhash, the entry list and its root. The Verify button on any draw page recomputes the winner in your browser.

At the hour start the server publishes sha256 of a secret seed and the target Solana slot.
- Mix with Solana
Randomness = sha256(seed, the target slot's blockhash, the coin mint, the hour). Nobody knows the blockhash in advance.
- Publish the entries
The sorted entry list and its Merkle root are published with the draw, so every weight can be checked.
- Weighted pick
The randomness, mod the total weight, walks the list to one winner. Your browser can redo it in a second.

Do I have to buy anything?+
No. No purchase is necessary. Any signed-in wallet can claim one free entry per coin per day, weighted like the smallest holding entry. Holders are entered automatically.
How are entries counted?+
At each hour boundary every holder balance is snapshotted. Your entry for an hour is the smaller of your balance at the start and at the end, if it is at least 0.01% of supply both times. The weight is the square root of that balance, so a bag 100 times bigger counts 10 times more.
Who can't enter?+
The coin's creator and declared dev wallets, the bonding curve and pool accounts, every Jackpot Hour vault and platform wallet, and program accounts.
When does a pot roll over?+
If the pot's spendable balance is under 0.05 SOL when the hour ends, or nobody held through the hour, there is no draw and the whole pot carries into the next hour.
How big is the prize?+
Half of the spendable pot, capped at 5 SOL. The other half carries, so the pot keeps building and never empties. The Mega Draw pays half of the Mega pot, capped at 25 SOL.
How do I know it is fair?+
The server commits to a secret seed before the hour starts and mixes it with a Solana blockhash nobody can know in advance. Every input is published; the Verify button recomputes the winner in your browser.
When is the prize paid?+
Right after the draw, in SOL, from the coin's pot vault to the winner's wallet, with a public memo. On mainnet an operator confirms each payout and its proof first; if the pot is short, the prize waits for fees.
Who holds the pots?+
In v1 each pot is a vault held by the Jackpot Hour keeper: one encrypted key per coin, transactions limited to prize payouts and fee sweeps, every transaction public.
